MOOV charges a transparent, all-inclusive management fee of 17% of your booking revenue. There are no hidden costs or surprise add-ons. This fee covers our full-service offering, including professional listing creation, guest communication, personal check-ins, property management, and a curated welcome gift for each guest. Our goal is to deliver exceptional value and peace of mind by handling every aspect of the guest experience and property care on your behalf.

How can I keep track of bookings and performance?

We believe in full transparency and giving property owners clear insight into their property’s performance. That’s why we use Hostaway, a leading property management platform. As an owner, you will be granted access to your property’s dashboard, where you can view real-time reservations, booking analytics, occupancy rates, and monthly financial reports. This ensures you’re always informed and in control, even when we manage the day-to-day operations.

Can I still stay in my property when I want to?

Absolutely. It’s your home, and we encourage owners to enjoy their property whenever they wish. Simply let us know the dates you’d like to stay, and we’ll reserve the property for you by blocking those dates in the booking calendar. The only cost incurred will be the standard cleaning fee after your stay to ensure the home is reset and ready for future guests.
